Maryland voting extended

Because of a snowstorm and the ensuing traffic, Maryland will keep its polls open until 9:30 p.m. EST.

This could be a longer night than expected -- first, Mike Huckabee puts up a fight in Virginia, where John McCain had been expected to win easily, and now the polls will be held open in Maryland for an additional 90 minutes. Polling places in the state were supposed to close at 8 p.m. EST, but due to the snowstorm hitting the mid-Atlantic today, and the ensuing traffic, a judge decided to extend voting.
