SALON Navigation Tools


You can navigate around SALON by using our menu bars and other symbols, which are situated at the top and bottom of every page. The menu bar looks like this:








with some variation on the Table Talk pages (our conversation area) and on this, the help page.

Takes you to a listing of books, music, multimedia and other products mentioned in SALON articles that are available for online purchase.





If you haven't already registered for our Table Talk discussion area, this button will take you where you need to go to do so. You will only need to do this once.




Takes you directly to the Table Talk discussion area.




Takes you to the next page in SALON, just like turning the pages of a magazine.


The menu bar at the bottom of the pages looks like and functions exactly as the menu bar at the top of the pages.













The up arrow takes you to the beginning of the previous item on your screen.





The down arrow takes you to the beginning of the next item on your screen.




Click the ear icon to download and play back an audio file. The file size will also be listed. 




Click the eye icon to download and play back a video file. The file size will also be listed.
