There's a rumble in the girl's bathroom on Popular (8 p.m., WB), or so the boys think. On Frasier (9 p.m., NBC), the doc finally gets a date with the queen of the prom when he attends his high school reunion. Chicago Hope (9 p.m., CBS) has a story about a teenage boy who's really a girl. Now where have we heard that one before? On ER (10 p.m., NBC), Maura Tierney ("NewsRadio") becomes a regular cast member as med student Abby Lockhart. Also, Corday's mother (guest Judy Parfitt) breezes in for a visit. Speaking of "ER," cast members' clay counterparts fight each other to the finish on Celebrity Deathmatch (10 p.m., MTV).
