The sisters battle the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse on Charmed (9 p.m., WB). Julianna Margulies says goodbye to ER (10 p.m., NBC) after six graceful seasons as nurse Carol Hathaway. In Margulies' swan song, a dying woman teaches Carol a lesson about motherhood. 20/20 Downtown (10 p.m., ABC) has a segment about surviving worst-case scenarios.
