Andy Richter guests as a high school friend of Maya's who has become a famed motivational speaker on a rerun of Just Shoot Me (9:30 p.m., NBC).

The 1997 action flick Spawn (8 p.m., Fox) stars Michael Jai White as the comic book superhero who makes a pact with the devil to get another chance at life. "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone's raunchy 1998 comedy BASEketball (9 p.m., USA) gets its first TV airing. "Daily Show" film critic Frank DeCaro dishes and spoofs the Oscar nominees from a gay perspective in Out at the Movies Fabulous Big 'O' Special (11:30 p.m., Comedy Central).
