Series

Kathleen Turner guests as Chandler's cross-dressing dad on Friends (8 p.m., NBC). Lorelai and Max ponder a summer trip together, while Rory tries to patch things up with Dean on the season finale of Gilmore Girls (8 p.m., WB). Original "Survivor" castaways Richard Hatch, Susan Hawk, Sean Kenniff, Ramona Gray, Gretchen Cordy and Joel Klug -- does anybody remember Joel Klug? -- try to resurrect their fame of last summer as they face off against Anne Robinson on a sweeps stunt edition of Weakest Link (8:30 p.m., NBC). Hatch, it's payback time. A headless body and a bodiless head don't match up on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (9 p.m., CBS). The celebs are still in the hot seat as Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (9 p.m., ABC) drags this thing out for a week. On ER (10 p.m., NBC), Greene suspects that a young patient is being abused and Maggie wants to return to her childhood home.

Specials

CBS tries to squeeze one more drop of ratings juice out of "Survivor" with the special Survivor: Back From the Outback (8 p.m., CBS), which shows us what the 16 stars of "The Australian Outback" did when they got home. This may be a long shot, but I'm guessing they called their agents. Alas, these survivors will probably be outplayed, outwitted and outrated by (take your pick) Chandler's cross-dressing father, Hatch and company on "Weakest Link" and this gem from the Fox sweeps vault: Surprise Wedding 2 (8 p.m., Fox), in which women ambush their reluctant boyfriends with Vegas marriage proposals. So you think this cheapo thrill can't possibly pull in higher ratings than the "Survivor" stuff? Six words: Hosted by Shannon from "Temptation Island."

Sports

NBA playoffs:
Bucks at Hornets, Game 3 (8 p.m., TNT)

NHL playoffs:
Penguins at Sabres, Game 7 (7:30 p.m., ESPN)

Talk

Rosie O'Donnell (syndicated) Sally Field, Aaron Carter
David Letterman (CBS) Jenna Elfman, Destiny's Child
Jay Leno (NBC) Calista Flockhart, Black Crowes
Conan O'Brien (NBC) Lara Flynn Boyle, George Foreman
Craig Kilborn (CBS) Chi McBride

All times Eastern unless noted.
