Feingold gets a second

Iowa Sen. Tom Harkin says he'll support a resolution censuring the president.

There's at least one Senate Democrat who's willing to stand with Russ Feingold. Iowa Sen. Tom Harkin tells Roll Call that Feingold's censure resolution "makes sense" and that he's signing on as a cosponsor. Asked whether he believes the president has violated the Constitution with his warrantless spying program, Harkin says: "Everything I've seen looks that way."
