Obama wins Maine caucuses
With his victory, Barack Obama has swept this weekend's contests.
Barack Obama has apparently gone five-for-five, with a clean sweep of this weekend’s Democratic contests over his rival, Hillary Clinton. The Associated Press has called Sunday’s Maine caucuses, which closed at 6 p.m. EST, for Obama.
With 70 percent of precincts reporting, Obama led Clinton 58 percent to 41 percent. Twenty-four delegates are up for grabs.
