Romney cut down Obama's 5-point advantage

Mitt Romney’s performance in the first presidential debate has helped him cut down Barack Obama’s lead, according to the latest Gallup poll.
The results show Obama and Romney tied at 47 percent in the three days following the debate, compared with Obama’s 50-45 percent lead over Romney over the three days prior.
Gallup also measured that 72 percent of people who watched the debate thought that Romney had won, compared with 20 percent who thought Obama did.
