WASHINGTON (AP) — The election’s less than two weeks away, and some voters are still making up their minds. A new AP-GfK poll shows 5 percent of Americans with strong plans to vote have yet to pick their presidential candidate.

Add in those who lean only tentatively toward their choice or won’t declare a favorite, and about 16 percent of likely voters look ripe for persuasion.

One of them is Kelly Cox, a truck mechanic in Delhi, Calif. Cox isn’t confident that either President Barack Obama or challenger Mitt Romney can fix the economy. And he says the debates aren’t worth watching. Instead, he plans to go online next week and do some research before making up his mind.

But Cox says he definitely plans to vote.
