LOS ANGELES (AP) — Court records show Laurence Fishburne has obtained a temporary restraining order against an ex-convict who claims to own the actor’s home.

Fishburne’s attorney obtained an order Thursday requiring Anthony Francis, whose real name is Mark Francisco, to stay 100 yards away from the actor, his wife and daughter.

Francisco went to the actor’s home on Jan. 1 and told Fishburne’s wife that they were living there illegally. The filings state he also recently left a handwritten letter telling them to vacate the property and called police to try to get the Fishburne’s evicted.

The filings state police told the actor to obtain a restraining order because Francis was agitated and had recently been paroled for a cyberstalking and criminal threats case.

Attempts to reach Francisco were unsuccessful.

  • On Monday morning, June 11, the police execute a strong offensive. Many plain-clothed police officers, like the ones seen here, clash with protesters in the side streets away from the main stand-off in Taksim.

  • The authorities seem to be most aggressive in the night, pushing protesters away from the square and park. After being teargassed this young woman catches her breath with other protesters on Siraselviler Street.
