But not everyone feels like celebrating on Feb. 12. Who? Glad you asked!

  • Kirk Cameron

Sure, Cameron's anti-science shenanigans are old news, but I'm willing to bet that I'm not the only one who gets occasional pangs of Mike Seaver cognitive dissonance. Those fade pretty quickly when you hear him talk about the shape of the banana as the No. 1 reason evolution is a myth.

  • William Steig

Shrek creator, evolution hater. One of Steig's lesser-known books is called "Yellow & Pink," essentially a "Goofus & Gallant" on creationism and evolution. In it, Yellow comes off as a real jerk, talking about a "series of happy accidents" that created the world while Pink comes back with the creationist show-stopper, "How could our eyes be an accident?" Steig is with Pink on this one.

  • Chuck Norris

Norris once wrote a weekly column for conservative website WND, where he fired off this gem in 2006: "Here’s what I really think about the theory of evolution: It’s not real. It is not the way we got here. In fact, the life you see on this planet is really just a list of creatures God has allowed to live."

  • Ken Ham

Who is Ken Ham, you ask? How dare you! Why, he is only the creator of the most famous, most awesome and most fun anti-evolution creationist museum ever to exist. Please, skip ahead to the next slide and educate yourself about the Creation Museum, pronto.

  • Ben Stein

True story: When I first heard that Ben Stein was a creationist, I momentarily confused him with Bill Nye the Science Guy and my heart broke. A quick Google set me straight, reassuring me that the treasured scientist from my youth was not an anti-evolution wingnut. Instead, it was the "Bueller ... Bueller ... Bueller" guy.

  • Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar

The Duggars have 19 children, so clearly they have no use for reason. (Just kidding! Have as many kids as you want, people!) But seriously, they're creationists, recently bringing the entire brood to the Creation Museum on a family outing.
