Well, they actually did it. America is hours into its first government shutdown in 17 years, and the rest of the world is laughing at us. The good news is that Obamacare is open for business. The bad news is that 800,000 workers are furloughed as nonessential government services -- like NASA warning you about asteroids -- have come to a halt.
