Googling "Feminists should" yields really scary search results

"Die," "be shot" and "be killed" are among Google's top search terms, one sociologist found

Intrigued by a new campaign from UN Women that uses popular Google search terms to expose how sexism and misogyny pervade the ways we talk about women, Professor of Sociology at Occidental College Lisa Wade conducted the same experiment using the search terms "feminists should," "feminists need," "feminists are" and "feminists can't."

The results of Wade's inquiry are frightening, though sadly unsurprising.
