If every joke carries with it a kernel of truth, then Clinton-watchers everywhere have reason to believe a Hillary run in 2016 is more than a mere hypothetical.

According to a new report in the New York Post (via Scotland's Sunday Herald), Clinton told a small group that she hadn't made up her mind yet on a run for president in 2016. But when one guest pressed her, saying her answer was "unsatisfactory," Clinton teasingly responded, “Yes, it is unsatisfactory. I’m minded to do it.”

While Clinton has made no official announcement as to whether she'll run in 2016, maintaining that she hasn't yet made up her mind, some observers have interpreted her recent speeches as laying the groundwork for an eventual run.
