A crowded subway car presents a serious challenge to most subway dancers — but not SNL's Matchbox 3. Comprised of Kenan Thompson, Jay Pharoah and Josh "Lil' Peanut" Hutcherson, Matchbox 3 is SNL's answer to ubiquitous subway dancers.

But unlike most subway troupes, who need more than a little breathing room in which to show off their moves, Matchbox 3 specializes in performing in crowded subway cars. How crowded? They've designed their act around dance moves performable "within a three-inch radius of our bodies."
