Go behind the scenes of "Scandal" with Shonda Rhimes and Jimmy Kimmel

On Thursday night, “Jimmy Kimmel Live” ditched its usual late-night format to celebrate the Season 3 finale of “Scandal” with an entire episode devoted to the political drama. Kimmel avoided his usual pranks, and instead offered viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the office of show runner Shonda Rhimes, a discussion about some of the show’s loose ends, and a never-before-seen blooper reel. (Attention, Jimmy Kimmel: More of this, please!)

Without giving away any spoilers for those not caught up yet, the two discussed the fate of Harrison (Columbus Short) and Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington). Rhimes also revealed the plot point that caused one of the biggest fights in the “Scandal” writer’s room. Watch below:
