Colin Furze created 12-inch retractable stainless steal claws based on the "X-Men" character

"Gadget Geeks" expert, British "garage inventor" and stuntmant Colin Furze, who holds the Guinness World Record for the world's largest bonfire, has debuted the first of his three do-it-yourself "X-Men" projects: Building Wolverine's adamantium claws.

As Furze demonstrates, the 12-inch retractable stainless steel claws look and act like the real deal:

Unless you have access to a lot of metal, proficiency with power tools, and know how to weld, however, this project might not be as simple as Furze makes it seem. But it's still pretty cool to see how he made them:
