New York's 22-year Democratic incumbent Charlie Rangel has won another term (though, as Jon Stewart points out, he seemed to be the last to know), while, in Mississippi, Republican incumbent Thad Cochran won a reelection in Mississippi ... thanks to black Democrats? Stewart explains how black voters played a significant role in both victories. All hail Tharley Cochangel!
