CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept delivery was 1.25 cents higher at $5.2575 a bushel; Sept corn was 1.75 cents lower at $3.5950 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.24 a bushel; while Nov soybeans was 9.25 cents higher at $10.67 a bushel.
Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Aug live cattle was .55 cent lower at $1.5540 a pound; Aug feeder cattle was 1.02 cent lower at 2.1500 a pound; Aug lean hogs loss 2.92 cent to $1.2465 a pound.
