New York Times issues correction after calling Dick Cheney the president

The New York Times this week issued a correction for a story summary that referred to former vice president Dick Cheney as the president.

According to the official correction on the Tuesday story, "An earlier version of a summary with this article misstated the former title of Dick Cheney. He was vice president, not president."

The idea of a Dick Cheney presidency, even for a fleeting moment in the online edition of the New York Times, made the following people feel super happy:
