On Wednesday evening's edition of "The Colbert Report," Stephen Colbert could not stop gloating about the massive Republican domination in this week's midterms. To cope with the devastating loss, he said, Obama should get high - -which is now legal to do in Washington, D.C.
"Go for it, sir! Appoint yourself Commander-in-Spleef. You're looking at two years of a Republican House and Senate, what's the worst that could happen? You get high and nothing gets done? You get high and maybe get paranoid that Congress is out to get you?"
