Thursday night's "The Nightly Show" skipped the monologue and got right down to the heart of the show's topic, black womanhood.

The first segment of the panel was an honest conversation about what black women face in the workplace -- lower wages, being told they are "scary" or "bossy." And the discussion touched on Patricia Arquette's Oscars comments, the reality of having to work twice, and the lack of intersectionality of "Lean In." Watch the panel discussion below:
