David Letterman may be retiring soon, but he's saving his best shots for the Republican presidential candidates. The late night host opened his show last night with a monologue which featured NBC’s Chuck Todd interviewing Sen. Rand Paul. Letterman superimposed a bird nesting on Paul's curly hair, because why not.
“Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, they’re all running for president. And now, the Republicans will have to decide which one of these men can lead the Republicans to another crushing defeat,” Letterman commented.
Then, pivoting his attention to Marco Rubio, Letterman presented the segment "Get to Know Marco Rubio" in which he relayed some super interesting facts about the GOP candidate. Did you know that the hide-and-seek game commonly played in the swimming pool was named after him?
