The violence in Baltimore is not, as many suppose, an outpouring of justified anger against a police department rumored to riddled with corruption. What it is -- at least, according to Donald Trump -- is more proof of the mistakes America made when it allowed Barack Obama to occupy the White House in 2008 and 2012.
Trump's complaint began sensibly enough:
