Twitter responds to the president's new account with stream of racist vitriol

Anyone still questioning whether we're living in a post-racial America has their answer

The sitting President of the United States thought it was a good idea to start a personal Twitter account, despite the fact that most of the people who would respond to anything he tweeted believe him to be a Muslim Kenyan usurper who shouldn't have been eligible to run for president in the first place.

Barack Obama's initial tweet was charming, self-deprecating missive to Americans:
