Devoted Bachelor Nation fan Amy Schumer appeared on this week’s episode of the “Bachelorette,” coaching the male contestants in stand up comedy and serving up some delightful truth bombs. (As she said of one of the contestants: “JJ’s a sweetheart. He’s just missing charisma and humility and a sense of humor. Maybe when he sees the show he’ll reflect on himself a little bit and not be such a turd”).

The segment was a resounding hit with viewers. We liked her so much that we argued she should replace Chris Harrison as the host of the reality dating franchise. ABC, it turns out, liked her even more, offering her the opportunity to be the new Bachelorette.

Here’s the offer, in tweet form, from ABC's head reality honcho Robert Mills:

Real talk: Can we just get weekly, two-hour long episodes of "Love Tub" instead?
