"Carly Fiorina cut Trump's balls off with the precision of a surgeon": National Review's Rich Lowry doesn't mince words on "The Kelly File"

National Review's Rich Lowry appeared on "The Kelly File" last night to inform the good citizens of America that Carly Fiorina "cut [Trump's] balls off with the precision of a surgeon" in last week's Republican debate, and that's why he's inventing claims that she's immune to criticism because she's a woman.

Host Megyn Kelly put her hands to her face and said, "What did you just say? You can't say that," after Lowry made his remarks -- but she did so with a smile on her face.

"You need to come out of your shell, buddy, and tell us what you really think," Kelly's other guest, the Blaze's Chris Salcedo, said.

Not surprisingly, Trump was highly unimpressed with Lowry's remarks and took to Twitter to vent his frustration:
