This video of a young man being assaulted by a Baltimore City police officer is raising questions as to whether the victim was a student or an intruder on school grounds. But the victim of the family's attorney stated that he is in fact enrolled at Reach Partnership High School.

Police violence against students is getting more attention simply because kids are now more often catching the acts on cell phone cameras.
