Noted conspiracy theorist Glenn Beck appeared on CNN's New Day this morning to mock presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump for referring, however obliquely, to conspiracy theories about the Clintons' complicity in the suicide of Vince Foster.
Discussing a Washington Post article in which Trump said that he believes theories of foul play in Foster's death are "very serious" and that the circumstances around it are "very fishy."
He further said that "I don't bring [Foster's death] up because I don't really know enough to discuss it," but "I will say there are people who continue to bring it up because they think it was absolutely a murder. I don't do that because I don't think it's fair."
Beck noted that Trump was, in fact, bringing up his death -- and that he had predicted, jokingly, the day before that he would. "Yesterday, we were just saying in a joking fashion, because the first thing -- this is going to be a highly entertaining race -- the first ad that comes out, he calls Bill Clinton a rapist."
"We were joking on the air yesterday, 'How long before he gets to the list of the people that the Clintons have killed?' Well, yesterday, he started with Vince Foster."
Host Alisyn Camerota noted that the conspiracy is actually far wider, and Beck agreed, saying that there's a "list" of about "40 people that they [allegedly] killed."
