the Dark Hotel

Welcome to the Dark Hotel. We are now in week four of our twelve-week series. Three very peculiar stories are unfolding behind the Hotel's grimy facade. In "The Manchurian Experiment," our hapless protagonist, one William Sternelli, has been lured into a decadent pleasure palace -- but don't look too closely at the mirrors in his room. In "At the Pinnacle," a neurotic part-time journalist named Justine Shade is about to make first contact with a disciple of shrieking novelist Anna Granite. And in "The Night Sky," William S. Burroughs seems to be speaking to our hero -- in Mayan.

And now, if you are 18 years or older, please come in. Our night manager, Drago Drugilovic, awaits you at the registration desk.
