Song of the Day: "Sleepdriving," Archives

archivesArchives were formed by Mat Brooke, an ex-member of the much-lauded West Coast indie outfit Band of Horses. One listen to this beautiful, spiraling song makes the connections clear, as both bands demonstrate a rare talent for marrying rich guitar work with dreamy melodies. "Sleepdriving" is gorgeous, gorgeous stuff and I'm eager to hear what else this band comes up with.
