Limbaugh's Bob Dole moment: Rush Limbaugh was held by authorities at Palm Beach Airport for three hours Monday night after returning from the Dominican Republic. Customs officers reportedly found potentially illicit prescription drugs in his bag -- a bottle of Viagra without his name on the prescription. Limbaugh's attorney says that the Viagra was "labeled as being issued to the physician rather than Mr. Limbaugh for privacy purposes," which could earn Limbaugh a misdemeanor violation. He was released without being charged, though investigators did confiscate the drugs. (Associated Press)

Cruise and Kidman never really married? In the wake of Nicole Kidman's marriage to Aussie country singer Keith Urban over the weekend in Sydney, Australia, there has been some speculation over how the couple were allowed to have a traditional Roman Catholic service when the church doesn't officially recognize second marriages if the first has ended in divorce. The simple answer? Choose not to recognize the first marriage at all. Father Paul Coleman, the Catholic priest who married the couple on Sunday, has reportedly said that the Australian Catholic Church doesn't recognize Kidman's 10-year marriage to Cruise on the grounds that they were married in a Scientology service, making the vows legal but not, according to Coleman, spiritually valid.
