S E R I E S

The Steven Spielberg-produced animated sci-fi series Invasion America (8 p.m., WB) ends its summer run with a 90-minute final battle for Earth between resistance forces and occupying extraterrestrials. No word yet on whether the series is coming back in the fall. P.O.V. (check local times, PBS) presents "If I Can't Do It," Walter Brock's documentary about a Kentucky disabled rights activist. NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC) reruns an episode where Russell suspects a boy's stepfather of murder. Movies about family life are the subject of AFI's 100 Years, 100 Movies (10 p.m., TNT).
