Joan Rivers guests as Vikki's mom in a rerun of the hour-long season finale of Suddenly Susan (8 p.m., NBC). On Melrose Place (8 p.m., Fox), Jane tries to catch up on who's slept with whom since she was last on the show. Good luck. On the first of two Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS) reruns, Debra finds out the used car she's purchased from Ray's parents was his high school "make-out mobile." On the second (9:30 p.m.), Robert flops as a traffic-school instructor. Buffy and Angel scramble to find two cowboy vampires while their friends participate in a class experiment in parenting on a rerun of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (9 p.m., WB). Ally McBeal (10 p.m., Fox) reruns the episode where she defends a client with a foot fetish.
