On Dawson's Creek (8 p.m., WB), Dawson and Jen are paired for a class assignment and Pacey gets the goods on Andie. Dick becomes an obsessed Beanie Babies collector on 3rd Rock from the Sun (9 p.m., NBC). Oswald earns extra cash by being a test subject for breast implants on The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC), and you can probably predict the sight gags for this one right now. On Charmed (9 p.m., WB), the witch sisters get a visit from their long-lost dad. Matthew has a change of heart about Max, and Dave learns he has high blood pressure on NewsRadio (9:30 p.m., NBC). Grad accuses a mother of starving her infant to death on Chicago Hope (10 p.m., CBS). Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC) has an episode about shady dealings at a drug manufacturing company that lead to a child's death.
