BY JOYCE MILLMAN

S E R I E S

On Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB), Spike, our favorite peroxided British punk vampire, returns to Sunnydale and demands that Willow cast a love spell to bring Drusilla back to him. Finch bothers his idol, Mark Hamill, in a restaurant on Just Shoot Me (9 p.m., NBC). Continuing the show's portrayal of college reality as you never knew it, nobody goes home for Thanksgiving on Felicity (9 p.m., WB). Does Bobby Simone survive the heart transplant? Jimmy Smits' last episode of NYPD Blue (9:30 p.m., ABC) is a 90-minute special, so plan accordingly.

The three-hour Ice Mummies: A 'Nova' Miniseries (check local times, PBS) follows explorer Johan Reinhard on a quest for ancient human remains in the Peruvian Andes, Central Asia and the Alps. The new TV movie Point Last Seen (9 p.m., CBS) stars Linda Hamilton in the true story of a tracker whose own missing child tragedy spurs her to search for a girl lost in the desert.
