Hank blunders into a Texas mecca for college students on spring break on a new King of the Hill (8 p.m., Fox). Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) is back with a new episode; Buffy squares off against Faith in a battle for Angel's soul. Lateline (8:30 p.m., NBC) limps back to NBC's schedule with new episodes. Gale gets her chance to produce the show. Dateline NBC (10 p.m., NBC) reports on the trial of an Ohio teenager accused of killing her newborn baby. Investigative Reports (9 p.m. EST/10 PST, A&E) examines "The Road to Impeachment." Salon Managing Editor David Weir is among those commenting on the events leading up to President Clinton's trial in the Senate.


S P E C I A L S

The new TV movie Crime in Connecticut: The Story of Alex Kelly (9 p.m., CBS) dramatizes the case of the high school athlete accused of rape who, with his parents' help, remained a fugitive from justice for eight years. Matthew Settle, Margot Kidder and Cassidy Rae star.
