S P E C I A L S

The Rugrats Passover Special (8:30 p.m., Nickelodeon) gets its annual airing. Tommy leads the babies out of slavery, pursued by the armies of Pharaoh Angelica. ABC is devoting 12 hours of prime time over the next two weeks to The Century (9 p.m., ABC), a documentary series based on Peter Jennings' book chronicling great moments and achievements of the past 100 years. Part one is a two-hour look at Charles Lindbergh, the space race and the 1969 moon landing.


S E R I E S

Fox counterprograms the NCAA men's basketball final with back-to back reruns of Ally McBeal (8 p.m., Fox). In the first, Ally is ordered by a judge not to wear short skirts to court. In the second, Natasha Gregson Wagner guests as a client on trial for assaulting her former best friend, who's now dating her ex. Everybody Loves Raymond (8 p.m. EST/9 PST, CBS) reruns the one where Debra wants Ray to get a vasectomy. Investigative Reports (9 p.m. EST/10 PST, A&E) looks at identity theft and law enforcement efforts to combat it.
