Prime Pick

30 Rock

NBC/Mary Ellen Mathew

"30 Rock" (8:30 p.m. EDT on NBC) is finally back, and we're loving it like a bad husband who skipped out on us and then came wandering home, drunk, half-naked and 50K in the hole. The "MILF Island" reality parodies alone make this show so worth the time, we have serious trouble imagining why anyone anywhere wouldn't be utterly addicted to Liz, Jack and their crass, unkempt cohorts at NBC. While most sitcom commitments are about as tenuous as a marriage to a gambling, cheating drunk, here's hoping "30 Rock" will never, ever leave us alone again. Ever.

Also…

"My Name Is Earl" airs at 8 p.m. and "The Office" airs at 9 p.m. on NBC. "Survivor: Micronesia -- Fans vs. Favorites" features a huge reward and a continuing shift in alliances (8 p.m. on CBS), while Katie perseveres on "Terminal City" (9 p.m. on Sundance). And "Unnatural Causes: Is Inequality Making Us Sick?" takes a look at the health issues involved in globalization (10 p.m. on PBS, check listings).
