Series

Vivica A. Fox makes an appearance on the season finale of Cosby (8 p.m., CBS). 7th Heaven (8 p.m., WB) begins a two-part season finale in which Matt's girlfriend suspects he's not over his first love. Farrah Fawcett is profiled on Biography (8 p.m. EDT/9 PDT, A&E). On Dilbert (8 p.m., UPN), Dogbert persuades Congress to cancel all human holidays and replace them with dog holidays. Jamie and Paul learn they may be distantly related on Mad About You (8:30 p.m., NBC). On the season finale of The King of Queens (8:30 p.m., CBS), Doug and Carrie consider having a baby. An embarrassing incident at his building sends Robert packing on Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS). Chicago Hope (10 p.m., CBS) sets up its season finale with an episode in which Austin and her daughter are injured in a car accident and Watters fights sexual harassment charges.

Specials

The miniseries Atomic Train (9 p.m., NBC) chugs to its conclusion. And, by the way, claims NBC, the train isn't hauling "nuclear" waste, it's hauling "hazardous" waste -- just in case anti-nuclear activists were planning to use the movie to make a point. The American Experience (check local times, PBS) begins a new two-part profile of Gen. Douglas MacArthur.
