On a rerun of Will & Grace (9:30 p.m., NBC), Will feels the tug of fatherhood when Grace brings home a puppy. 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) reports on the running of the bulls in Pamplona, Spain. Sipowicz and Fancy clash over the department's handling of a racially charged case on a repeat of NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC).

Jessica Wu's documentary The Living Museum (7:30 p.m., HBO) profiles the mentally ill patients whose artwork is displayed at the Living Museum, an art studio affiliated with a New York psychiatric hospital. In the documentary The Search for Shangri-La (check local times, PBS), writer Mark Shand and historian Charles Allen journey into the Himalayas in hopes of finding tangible evidence of the lost paradise of Tibetan Buddhist lore.
