(Check local times, PBS) begins a repeat of "Oliver's Travels," a four-part series about a crossword puzzle-loving professor (Alan Bates) who turns sleuth. On a rerun of ER (10 p.m., NBC), there's a riot goin' on and Carter's in the middle of it. Vanished (10 p.m., ABC) looks into the mysterious disappearance of atheist Madalyn Murray O'Hair, who vanished four years ago along with a lot of money. 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) updates a 1996 report on efforts to rehabilitate a Florida juvenile offender.
