Series

On The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC), the president's daughter is involved in an altercation in a bar, and a congressman who took over his late wife's seat admits his role in a census scam. Drew takes his case to City Hall after his car is swallowed by a pothole on The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC). On Roswell (9 p.m., WB), Liz's diary, which contains information about Max, Isabel and Michael's alien natures, disappears. Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC) reruns the episode from last season where Julia Roberts guests as a shady lady with an eye for Curtis. Pokemon gets poked on South Park (10 p.m., Comedy Central).
