We've wanted to launch Fire Your Publicist! -- a cruel spotlight on those wannabe barking pundits whose better sense should keep them far, far away from nationally televised audience -- for a while now. And we couldn't think of a better way to kick it off than with two Catholic scholars who faced off on "The O'Reilly Factor" this week over the merits of the Catholic Church pulling out of the adoption business in Massachusetts because the state said it could not discriminate against gay adoptive parents. Let's call this Larry "Clown Tie" Chapp of DeSales University vs. Thomas "Extreme Combover" Groome of Boston College. Who will win?
