Its official: the tie is off and hes thinking about running for president. Heres Barack Obama announcing he's decided to form a Presidential Exploratory Committee. So, todays announcement could lead to another announcement sometime down the road. Is it possible that it wont? This video is good, but we kind of liked Baracks "Monday Night Football" announcement a little more.
