Jan. 22, 2007 | Hillary Clinton announced online on Saturday that she's putting together a Presidential Exploratory Committee -- only a few days after Barack Obama made a similar online announcement. Both senators seem to have read the Time magazine person-of-the-year issue and think "you" -- your voice and technology -- will play important roles in '08.
