Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., all but set his presidential bid aflame with his unfortunate remarks about Sen. Barack Obama, D-Il., to the New York Observer. And it happened on the heels of his very unfortunate cracks about Indians and Dunkin' Donuts last summer:
