Paul impatiently waits for Jamie to be in the mood again on Mad About You (8 p.m., NBC). Nova (check local times, PBS) has a new episode about avalanches. Grace Under Fire (8 p.m., ABC) is out of rehab and back on ABC's schedule with a belated season opener. Khandi Alexander bows out as Catherine on her last episode of NewsRadio (8:30 p.m., NBC). Frasier (9 p.m., NBC) has a new girlfriend, a lawyer who takes the upper hand in the relationship. On NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC), the detectives investigate the murder of a Hasidic woman.
