The World Music Awards (9 p.m., ABC) brings the biggest-selling pop stars of the year to Monaco to mingle with some lesser royals, all in the name of charity. The lame-duck FBI show C-16 (8 p.m., ABC) is not a rerun, but then, why would you want to get involved? The Seinfeld (9 p.m., NBC) rerun is the one where Kramer and Mickey land jobs acting out symptoms for medical students and religious Puddy tells Elaine she's going to hell. Mystery! (check local times, PBS) wraps up "An Unsuitable Job for a Woman: A Last Embrace." Helen Baxendale stars. ER (10 p.m., NBC) reruns the episode where Weaver takes over as acting chief of emergency services and Benton and Carla clash over circumcising their son. It's David Letterman vs. Jay Leno on Celebrity Deathmatch (10 p.m., MTV).
